# ALPLINE PRODUCT CLAIMS APPROVAL MASTER
Reference: ALP/COMPLIANCE/PCA/2026/MASTER-01
## Control objective
No product label, catalogue, seller script, testimonial, poster, website, social post or advertisement may make a claim unless it is supported by the applicable licence/category record and approved evidence.
## Category routing
Each active product must be classified before claims approval: Ayurvedic/ASU drug, food or health supplement, cosmetic, or another specifically reviewed category. The responsible technical reviewer must record professional capacity and registration or authorisation reference.
## Required product evidence
The approval file must identify SKU, exact product name, category, manufacturer/marketer, applicable licence or registration, label version, ingredient/composition source, intended use, warnings, mandatory declarations and the exact approved claim wording.
## Prohibited or restricted claims
Unsubstantiated cure, prevention, treatment, guaranteed outcome, disease comparison, professional endorsement, before/after implication, concealed material condition or misleading income-linked product claim is prohibited. Food or supplement material must not be presented as a drug. Cosmetic claims must remain within the supported cosmetic purpose. Ayurvedic/ASU claims must match the authorised category and evidence.
## Channel consistency
Approved wording must be consistent across label, invoice description, website, marketplace, seller presentation and advertisement. Sellers may not improvise medical, therapeutic or guaranteed-result claims.
## Change and withdrawal
Formula, label, manufacturer, licence, category, claim wording or material image changes require re-review. Revocation stops future publication but never deletes earlier approval evidence or audit history.
## Product-level approval
An active product passes the launch gate only when its category, licence/reference, qualified reviewer, signed product evidence checksum and this effective master reference are all recorded.
This master becomes effective only after authorised Company execution, qualified category-specific technical review, advertising/legal review, signed-PDF upload and governed publication.
