# ALPLINE RETURN, REFUND AND REPURCHASE POLICY
Reference: ALP/LEGAL/RRP/2026/V1.0
## Scope
This policy covers cancellation, damaged or deficient goods, eligible consumer returns, refunds and any legally required repurchase from a Direct Seller. Product-specific statutory rights prevail where they provide greater protection.
## Request and evidence
The purchaser should raise a request through the order/support record with invoice number, item, quantity, reason and supporting image where relevant. The system issues a traceable request number. Failure to provide optional evidence does not remove a mandatory statutory remedy.
## Condition and exclusions
Eligibility depends on applicable law, product category, declared shelf life, safety, seal/hygiene condition and the published return window. Defective, misdescribed, wrong or transit-damaged goods are handled separately from change-of-mind requests. Unlawful blanket exclusions are not applied.
## Collection and inspection
The Company records pickup or approved handover and inspection. A rejection must state the recorded reason and available escalation route.
## Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where practicable or another verified method. Tax documents, inventory, order status and customer communication are reconciled. Processing time and any permitted deduction must be disclosed in the case record.
## Direct Seller repurchase
Any repurchase obligation is assessed under the executed Direct Seller Agreement, product condition, marketability, age, statutory requirements and disclosed deductions. It is not a guaranteed investment exit.
## BV and payout reversal
Returned business may reverse unposted BV, reserves or benefits attributed to that order. A posted payout is corrected only through an auditable adjustment; history is not deleted or silently rewritten.
## Grievance
Escalation is available to the published Grievance Officer and Nodal Officer. Statutory consumer remedies remain available.
This controlled text becomes effective only after authorised Company execution, qualified legal review, signed-PDF upload and governed publication.
